By completing the application and clicking submit, you understand that if you have been let a property by providing false or misleading information, or have withheld relevant information, then the association will take legal action to evict you from that property. You further understand that if you provide false, misleading information or withhold relevant information on your application, you may be excluded from the marketing list.

Finally you should inform us of any changes to your circumstances by resubmitting this form.

We will use the personal data you supply here to set up an account on our systems. This will be used to match the properties we have available with your preferences. You will receive an email and text each time a property becomes available that matches your requirements. To stop property alerts, simply contact us info@adactushousing.co.uk with your name, address, date of birth and national insurance number and ask us to remove your details from our systems.
